Eric BairdEric Baird

“Eric is one of the few designers you'll work with who understands how design influences the sales process. Eric recognizes that design must tell the story of the company, and that story in Eric's design voice tells the brand story, the marketing story and the human side of the sales story. Eric Baird is consultative and patient. His clients enjoy the design discovery process every step of the way.”

For Eric Baird, design is more than a way to find the heart and soul of a brand; design is a medium critical to building a successful business. In 1989, Baird founded ICON, a freelance/contract brand management firm with a belief that great graphic design is as critical to revenues as are top performing sales teams. ICON’s award-winning work for EPA, Love Denver Colorado, CIGNA, The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, Great-West Healthcare, Richmond American Homes, Vintage Skivvies and Molson Coors Brewing Company are examples of graphic design employed as a strategic tool for core business success—in addition to providing the visual voice of brand identity.

For the past 28 years, Eric Baird (pictured above on the summit of Mt Elbert at 14,440'), has been catching the eyes of consumers and audiences with his imaginative and striking visual communication. Eric creates distinctive visual solutions for corporate, cultural and entrepreneurial clients worldwide. His thought provoking work cultivates loyal relationships and helps audiences make well-informed decisions. He excels at translating complex information into market-forward messaging that yields results. Eric believes good design positively enriches and clearly defines products, services and brands in memorable ways. Eric’s ability to look beyond the obvious and adapt with relevant methods and technologies ensures that every project he creates is a stand-out in an ever-changing world.
