The transition branding of two health care giants. ICON was brought in on this project because of our experience with corporate identity and branding. CIGNA purchased one of ICON's existing clients, Great-West Healthcare. It was important that in the co-branding phase, Great-West Healthcare begin to adopt some of the look-and-feel of CIGNA branding.
We kept Great-West's active outdoor lifestyle, as well as their Rocky Mountain imagery; and used CIGNA's color palettes, typefaces, spot graphics and their "words we use."
